Dear Lebanese Outdoor Adventurers, Join us this Sunday for a lovely trail in Habil and Mechmech.
HIKE DESCRIPTION: We will start our trail in Habil, an ancient village located in “Jord Jbeil” near the Bintael reserve, which is a peaceful place for hiking. The village is renowned for its oak, pine, and olive trees. From there we will start uphill along footpaths where we will enjoy panoramic views over the Mediterranean sea and the surrounding countryside.
The trail will pass through Saydit Habil, where the patriarchs had their headquarters during the Middle Ages. Then, we will have a pleasant walk along old footpaths and dirt roads, and we will see majestic abandoned houses. From there, we will follow a path that will lead us towards Mechmech before heading back towards Habil by following the riverbed. The hike will end in Habil village.

Contribution: 20 USD or the equivalent market rate in LBP to include LOA guides and transportation, but does not cover medical insurance.
