Lace up your boots for Section A4 of Darb Mar Charbel, from Hadath al Jebeh to Wata Houb. This moderate-plus mountain trail winds through cedar and pine forests and along old stone paths, with wide views over northern Lebanon. On the way we’ll cross the Arz Al-Bilad cedar forest, the Silent Kilometer and Al-Fawwar Valley. Expect fresh mountain air, pretty village scenery, and rivers and waterfalls to make the day memorable.

What to bring: waterproof hiking shoes, a buff or warm hat, a light windproof and waterproof jacket, healthy snacks, 3 liters of water, your ID and your personal insurance card.
