Kniset el Rab Mar Semaan Mountain

Join us this Sunday for a challenging trail to the Church of the Lord, Mar Semaan Mountain in Tannourine.

• Date: Sunday 19th of May 2024
• Level: Moderate / Advanced – Hiking duration: 6 Hours
• Distance: 16km – Altitude range: 1716-2372m
• Meeting: 7:00 am, Jal-el-Dib, behind DHL, at the parking lot
• We can pick up the hikers who live on our way
• Departure: 7:30 am (SHARP).
• Breakfast stop on our way (15 minutes).
• Estimated time of arrival back in Beirut: 7:30 pm

To be prepared for this hike, you will need:

• Hiking Boots and Hiking sticks, hat, warm headwear and gloves, sunscreen, and sunglasses Lightweight windproof /waterproof jacket
• Healthy snacks (sandwiches, energy bars, dried fruits, nuts…) Water (2.5 liters)
• ID & personal insurance cards.
