Dear Lebanese Outdoor Adventurers (LOA), Join us for a relaxing camping weekend by the river in Paul’s Haven at Tannourine El Tahta.
EVENT DESCRIPTION: Situated 75 km from Beirut in the district of Batroun in the north of Lebanon, Tannourine is a real paradise on earth. Paul’s Haven is a campsite and hub for nature-based activities. It is a peaceful escape to nature for outdoor enthusiasts, surrounded by different landscapes (Valleys, rivers, forests, and high rocky mountains). Our camping location will host us for unforgettable moments, offering us tidy camping spots for our tents, restrooms, and a dedicated area for our night gathering and activities. All to give us a pleasant atmosphere for our weekend without forgetting the guided hiking expeditions, bonfire, and a pleasant evening.
WHEN: Saturday, 12 & Sunday, 13 of july 2025.
SATURDAY: Once we arrive at the camping site, we will install our tents, unpack, and go for a chilled sunset hike. After that, we will have a bonfire gathering. Should you have any acoustic or any other musical instrument that you master, please bring it with you to add some art to this unforgettable night.
SUNDAY: We will enjoy a 7 km morning hike from Beit Chlela to Tannourine el Tahta (Trail starting point 8 minutes’ drive from the camping site). The trail is amazing and will be along a part of “Nahr El Jawz” with a charming passage over historical bridges and watermills, suspended wooden bridges, natural rocky gates and passages next to high cliffs, with a breathtaking view over cliffs, small cascades, and peaks of surrounding mountains.

To be prepared for this event, you will need: Hiking shoes, a lightweight windproof jacket, backpack, hiking sticks, a headlight, a sleeping bag, a pillow, Personal food and Beverage for the camping night, two liters of water and healthy snacks for each hike, ID, and personal insurance cards. Don’t forget your positive vibes” 🙂
• Meeting: Saturday 12, July 2025, at 2:00 pm, Jal-el-Dib, behind DHL, at the parking lot (Personal Cars)
PARTICIPATION contribution: 40 $ per person to include: Tent accommodation (2 persons), guides, Saturday sunset hike, and Sunday morning hike, but does not cover food, transportation, and medical insurance. A $5 deduction applies for personal tents.
