Dear Lebanese Outdoor Adventurers, join us this Sunday for a colorful trail “Darb El Yanabi3 / Turtles trail” in Qab Elias
We will begin our hike at Domaine de Chochene and will pass by four ancient watermills. Then we’ll continue to “Ras el Aein” water spring via “Wazal” road, where we’ll see Assyrian terraces dating back 3000 years. The trail will then continue to “Nabe3 el Aajouz” water spring, before heading to “Wadi el Dalam”. We’ll walk alongside the river and its waterfalls towards the French bridge at the end of the valley, then return to another water spring for a short break before returning to Prince Fakhreddine Castle at the top of the village. It has a lovely view overlooking the Bekaa Valley and Mount Hermon. We will finish our Hike at the Domaine by ascending 340 stairs between the village’s old houses.

Contribution: 20 USD or equivalent in LBP to include: Transportation, guides and first aid kit but does not cover medical insurance.
