Join us on Saturday 14th of September for Yoga, Sunset hike & swim in Anfeh.
HIKE DESCRIPTION: We will start our hike from Horshieh, where a very cozy path among olive trees will lead us to a small church called Saidet el Khrayeb. We will continue among the olive trees until we start seeing the sea. The track will then lead to Anfeh, an old village rich in ruins and caves. We will experience the pleasant moments of hiking at the coast, we will visit the salt ponds and the old monastery, “Deir El Natour”. We will end the hike in “Tahet El Rih”, where we will explore the Citadel of Anfeh, where Patricia Jabre will lead us on a 45-minute Sunset/Yoga breathing practice and dynamic stretches to improve lung capacity, posture, and breathing.
This Yoga Sunset Hike will include multiple short breaks to enjoy nature and the scenery. After the yoga hike, for those who like, we will have a small gathering and a swim at “Salim sur Mer”. Don’t forget your swimming suit at home!
To be prepared for this hike, you will need:
Contribution: 20 USD or equivalent market rate in LBP to include: LOA guides, yoga breathing sessions, and transportation, but does not cover medical insurance.
