Join Heart of Yoga and Lebanese Outdoor Adventures – LOA on Saturday, June 21st, for an enchanting Yoga Sunset Hike in Zaarour.
The Zaarour area is ideal for relaxed hikes and is known for its stunning sunset views. We’ll start at the base of Zaarour, 1700 meters above sea level, and follow an easy trail to the first cross, passing statues of Saint Charbel and the Virgin Mary. Then, we’ll find a perfect spot to enjoy panoramic views of Faqra, Mzaar, Sannine, Baskinta Valley, Kneisseh, and Mount Hermon.
Patricia Jabre will lead a 45-minute yoga session with breathing exercises and stretches to improve lung capacity, posture, and breathing.
After the yoga and sunset, we’ll return along a peaceful lower trail on the mountain’s south side. We’ll take several breaks to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. This event offers gentle exercise, beautiful scenery, and mindful relaxation, welcoming everyone who wants to unwind and connect with nature.

Contribution: 25 USD or equivalent market rate in LBP to include: LOA guides, yoga breathing sessions, and transportation, but does not cover medical insurance.
